Frequently asked questions
Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed during weekends and on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days within Europe.
Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that allows you to follow the delivery.
If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to a collection point or a new delivery attempt will be scheduled.
