Delivery & Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €175. For orders under €175, we charge €4.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands. International shipping costs can be found on the shipping page.
Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days within Europe.
Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that allows you to follow the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can easily register your return and request a return label via our return portal.
Lifestyle items, books, cosmetics, and hair accessories may only be returned in unopened packaging.
A reduction in value will be charged for damaged or incomplete returned items.
Via our return portal, you can easily register your return and request a return label. If you are unable to register your return via the portal, you can also send your order back to the return address below.
Please note: this option is only possible if you include a note with your name and order number in the return package. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return and process it. Return costs are at your own expense.

It is currently not possible to exchange items directly. However, you can return your item via our returns portal or bring it back to one of our boutiques.
Would you like to receive a different size, color, or another item? You can easily place a new order through our webshop or select another item in one of our boutiques.
Return costs within the Netherlands are €5.95 and will be charged upon registration in the return portal.
After your return is received at our distribution center, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that orders placed with a credit card or PayPal may have a longer processing time.

Yes, via Klarna you can pay afterwards or split your payment into instalments.
No, regular orders cannot be cancelled or amended. This is possible for pre-orders. In that case, please contact service@boutiquestories.com.
