Returns by mail
- Register your return within 30 days via the returns portal.
- Take your parcel to a PostNL point or arrange for it to be collected.
- After receipt, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
Returns in our boutiques
- Return your item to one of our boutiques within 30 days.
- Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed).
- After drop-off, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
Frequently asked questions
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can easily register your return and request a return label via our return portal.
Lifestyle items, books, cosmetics, and hair accessories may only be returned in unopened packaging.
A reduction in value will be charged for damaged or incomplete returned items.
The return period is 30 days after receiving your order. You can return your order in our boutiques or by post via the return portal.
Via our return portal, you can easily register your return and request a return label. If you are unable to register your return via the portal, you can also send your order back to the return address below.
Please note: this option is only possible if you include a note with your name and order number in the return package. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return and will not be able to process it. Return costs are for your own account.

Return costs within the Netherlands are €5.95 and will be charged upon registration in the return portal.
Once your return is received at our distribution center, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that orders placed with a credit card or PayPal may have a longer processing time.
Please contact us as soon as possible at service@boutiquestories.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We are happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Items purchased in one of our boutiques can be returned to any of our stores.
Please note: for in-store purchases, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive a gift voucher equal to the purchase amount. This voucher can be used for a new purchase in any of our boutiques and has no expiration date.
