Sardine Glow Handroll
For the sushi rice
HOW TO MAKE
1. Cook the rice
Rinse until clear. Cook.
Mix with rice vinegar + salt while warm.
Let it cool (important: sticky but not hot).
2. Prep the sardine mix
Flake the sardines in a bowl.
Mix with a spoon of the glow sauce.
3. Build your handroll
• Place everything on your nori sheet
• Add a small layer of rice on the left
• Top with sardine mix
• Add avocado + beet slices
• Add cucumber + spring onion
• Finish with kimchi + pickled ginger
• Sprinkle sesame seeds
• Extra sauce on top
4. Roll it
Fold into a cone.
Seal with a tiny bit of rice = perfect point.
5. Dip or drizzle extra sauce
Because… glow needs gloss.
