INGREDIENTS

- 400–500 ml almond milk (adjust to your preferred thickness)
- 40 g cashews (a big handful)
- 4–5 Medjool dates (±100 g), pits removed
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of sea salt
- A crack of black pepper
- 1 tsp Magic 7 functional mushrooms
- Ice cubes (optional)


HOW TO MAKE

Add all ingredients into a powerful blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, especially to fully break down the cashews. Taste and adjust if needed (more cinnamon for warmth, more dates for sweetness, or extra almond milk for a lighter texture).

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately as a grounding, slow-energy drink.
